The staffs are friendly, Elevator is small but clean and well maintained the place is well maintained, clean, and no foul smell the room is clean and organized. The bathroom are well maintained and clean. The faucets, bidet and heater are working properly. Basic hygiene are covered shampoo and soap, towels, coffee, water bottle are fully stocked and replaced You can smoke outside of the corrider, just throw the butt at the trash Good value for the money as i booked all inclusive Room service is fast. Complimentary airport transfer.

I like the location that it is just near my appointment and the Hotel. The staff were very helpful and accomodating! The hotel was clean and was maintained daily by the staff. I like the comfort rooms with the strong water supply when u take a bath and wash. Aside from the fact that it was cleaned daily also. Thank you Dragon fly Hotel - The Art Hotel. Definitely Worth it!

The location is very convenient to find in Andheri. The Room was really clean and hygienic and well furnished. The staff was very polite and cooperative and room service was quick too. All of my needs were met and the room had all the mentioned facilities including a kettle, instant coffee, tea, mugs and glasses, towels, fresh toiletries, and a hair dryer. The washroom was also quite clean. The room service food was quick and yummy. Prices are very reasonable for the quantity of food offered. The surroundings are silent and I had no disturbances at night.

Location was convenient since it was near the venue that had made me travel. Staff were courteous especially those who did room service and house keeeping

Excellent! However, my room was on the 5th floor, and it was difficult to relax because there was maintenance work or carpenters fixing things just outside, very close to my room. The noise made it hard to rest. I hope this can be managed better in the future so guests can have a more comfortable and peaceful stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Mumbai for our honeymoon. There are no words to describe how amazing our stay was. The location was spectacular, it was very impressive seeing all the work and design that they put into it. It was a nice touch of modern. Lastly I would like to say the staff was outstanding. They were all very tentative, polite and very personal. It was nice being able to stay at a very nice place and still have a warm home feeling.

The staff are responsive, and very kind, they are quick to reply to my questions and requests. We were able to reach the Hotel by their car service and went back to the airport hassle free. Even the food being served is delicious.Thank you Dragonfly hotel

I came here to stay for my exam and the location is just 5 minutes away from the exam location. Breakfast was really authentic Indian food...If you're a traveller and wanted to experience Mumbai, the food they offer was really authentic. Specially the Biryani. They offer pick and drop from the Airport with their driver who very helpful in assisting your luggage. The staffs were very accommodating specially in the reception (Bryan) was so helpful with me in checking in. I would recommend this hotel for any travel and business trips around Mumbai.

Airport transfers were excellent, good timing and helpful with luggage. Short drive from the airport. Rooms very clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful, excellent choices and excellent service. Highly recommend 🙌

The staffs are very kind and very hospitable. Very courteous and very respectful. The room is clean and nice. All access to the Internet and the transport service is well spent as part of the accomplishments. I also loved the food they served. I feel secured during my stay.
